There's No Crying in Baseball!

Pitch and Bat fully inbetween. I had to completely redo the batting section; there was just no salvaging it.

Anyway, it was a nice, short assignment so I can worry about other projects next week.

EDIT: I posted the wrong video and blogger does not want to let me load the right one. Don't worry, the situation will be rectified... eventually.

Putting the Animation in Animation School

Here's the final version of my latest animation project. I'm not entirely happy with it, there are definitely some really rough spots, but I'm glad I tried animating a more difficult character. There was one important thing I learned though: Take your time with your keys! Messy keys lead to messy inbetweens, and future you will hate past you for it.

Next up are the keys for my next animation: the pitch and bat!

I'm thinking of changing it so the ball doesn't rip in half on impact; the swing doesn't seem to have enough power right now. As always, comments and crits are appreciated!

I love drawing in my (knockoff) moleskin, and it's so convenient because it's always with me. The book fits really well in my back pocket, now I just wish my pencils would.

You say goodbye, I say Hello

I felt like revisting my Ringo painting, so I spent about 45 minutes trying to make him more caricatured. I could render his hair a bit more to make it "finished", but I don't think it's worth the time.

Creatures crawl in search of blood, to terrorize y'alls neighbourhood

I was unhappy with where my creature painting was heading, so I restarted last night and powered through it all day today. I'm really pleased with how it came out, but still open to suggestions!
